Working Principle of a Conveyor Chain

The working principle of a conveyor chain is based on the reciprocating motion of the chain. When the drive system is activated, the motor drives the reducer, which transmits power to the sprocket, causing it to rotate. The rotation of the sprocket drives the meshing chain in a circular motion. During this process, the various load-bearing components attached to the chain, such as scrapers and hoppers, move synchronously with the chain's motion. Materials are placed on these load-bearing components, and as the chain circulates, the materials are transported and transferred along a pre-defined conveyor route, thereby moving the materials from one location to another.
